These terms govern your use of nemira.ai and its apps and bots, run by Nemira. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Personal data is covered by the privacy policy.
The service
- Nemira AI offers tools to analyse crypto tokens on Solana and other chains: scans, alerts, news, games, paper trading and trading bots.
- Everything on the site is information, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You make your own decisions.
- Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose everything you put in. Only use money you can afford to lose.
- Scores and data come from automatic analysis and third-party sources and can be wrong, late or incomplete.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto services where you live.
- You can sign in with a Solana wallet, an email link, Google or X. Rewards, prize games and top-ups always need a wallet.
- One account per person: link your wallet, email and social accounts to the same account instead of creating new ones.
- We never ask for your private keys or recovery phrase. You are responsible for your wallet and the devices you sign in from.
Credits
- Paid features are paid in credits (NEMIRA). The cost is shown before every charge.
- Prices and free quotas can change; a change never applies to a charge you have already confirmed.
- Credits are not money: they are used on the service only, cannot be withdrawn and are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
- Bonuses, rewards and airdrops are optional, can change or end, and can be withheld or cancelled in case of abuse.
Trading tools
- Trading bots act on your own wallet: every transaction is yours, signed by you or by a bot wallet you control and can empty at any time.
- Past results, paper trading and backtests do not guarantee future results. We are not liable for losses from trades, slippage, network or third-party failures.
Fair use
- Do not attack, overload, scrape or try to bypass the limits of the service, and do not use it for illegal purposes.
- Do not create multiple accounts or use automated accounts to collect bonuses, rewards or free quotas.
- We can limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and cancel credits obtained through abuse.
Availability and liability
- The service is provided as it is and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued, also to fix problems or for maintenance.
- To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Rights that the law gives consumers are not affected.
Other
- We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we will tell you on the site.
- These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
